- Orders by email and fax will be executed; verbal order will not be accepted.
- Our payment terms are: Payment On Collection, except Magic Cube & Magic Prism orders are 50% deposit on placement of the order with the balance on Collection.
- Collection Johannesburg - goods may be collected at our offices on the next business day following the day that the order is received. No delivery service is available.
- Collection By Courier - goods may be collect by your courier, please advise courier mane and account number, at our offices on the next business day following the day that the order is received provided that payment has been made prior to pick up by the courier. Proof of payment must be faxed to (011) 786-4194.
- All samples are chargeable.
- We reserve the right to put orders back into stock should they not have been collected within seven days from the receipt of the order.
- Goods may only be returned within seven days of purchase provided that they are in a resalable condition. A 10% handling charge will be levied on returned stock.
- Pen Boxes and Pen Tubes will only be sold with Pens at the time of purchases.
- Keyring Boxes will only be sold with keyrings at the time of purchase.
- Please keep your user name and password strictly PRIVATE as this security has been put in place to PROTECT YOU as the TRADE PRICES are shown on the Web Site.
